He is employed by an amazing district who allows him professional freedom to assist other districts as needed. Over 300 educators visit his school yearly to view and see the transformational practices and Instructional leadership. He also currently mentors over 6 dozen leaders virtually across the united states. His work ethic and straight forward approach is changing the lives of thousands of students. Mastery Based Learning which he created has been a game changer for math instruction for all the schools which have implemented this amazing evience-based practice.
